Deposit
A £250 deposit will be due on confirmation of the booking. This will act to secure the hot tub for the agreed date for hire, and is non refundable should the booking be cancelled for any reason before the hire commences.
The deposit is in addition to the hire fees. Payment must be on delivery. By card or Cash are currently accepted. The deposit is refundable on collection providing there is no damage to the hot tub.
Any damages caused by gross misuse and not covered by the £250 deposit will be billed accordingly. If the customer does not pay for any damage willingly, then we will pursue the claim through a debt collection agency which will incur further charges and expenses. We will also claim for lost hire time. Please be aware that Spa Connections Ltd does not cover for loss , Damage or Theft. Please check that the Hot tub is covered under your House Insurance.
If we arrive to deliver your hot tub at the agreed time and the hirer is not present to accept delivery then we will make a time to reschedule the delivery subject to extra fuel costs. The hirer must be present on the date and time agreed for delivery to sign for the hot tub. Normally we will arrange a time for delivery when the booking is made.
Accidents / Injury
Spa Connections Ltd hot tub hire will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or death caused by misuse of our tubs; this includes falling over on wet surfaces or falling in or out of the hot tub etc. We will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or death caused by misuse of our tubs. We will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss of wages or death in these circumstances. The hirer acknowledges that the use of the spa is at the hirers own risk.
Chemicals
Your health is of the utmost importance to us. Whilst hiring our hot tubs and all of our tubs are thoroughly cleaned at our base before each new hire period and we use detergent and bacteria killer. We bring enough chemicals with us for your hire period. We will not be held responsible for any skin irritations caused by the sanitiser. If You have sensitive skin you hire our hot tubs at your own risk.
Damages To Your Property
Spa Connections Ltd Hot tub hire will not be held responsible for any damages to your property through hiring any of our tubs; this includes any water damage or weight damage to structures, fixtures, fittings, garden or grass areas as a result of the hot tubs location. It is the customer’s full responsibility to make sure the area where the hot tub is going to be placed is suitable and will not cause any damage. Things like the filled weight of a tub (1600kg) on decking need to be taken into account as will the amount of water that will be displaced on the floor.
By hiring any of our hot tubs you agree to release Spa Connections Ltd Hot Tub Hire and any of its employees, from any and all liabilities incurred during the hire or use of the hot tub. On hiring our hot tubs you agree to accept our terms and conditions. |
